Important Information:
1. Place online orders to buy any of the products listed on our website/app.
2. Some time is required to fulfill your order. It may be few hours or couple of days in some cases.

Q: What are the steps to buy the products from the RoboRium app?
A: After logging in with your account, the usual steps for purchasing products from RoboRium are-
1. Select listed items, and add them to your cart. Edit the order or quantity.
2. Go to Checkout to select/modify the Payment Address Details and Shipping Address Details. Continue.
3. Select Shipping Method. Continue.
4. Select the Payment Method. Continue.
5. Either Generate a PDF Quotation that can be downloaded on your phone OR Read and Confirm the order.
6. Complete the payment for the order. And you're done!
We'll ship your products ASAP and send you the order tracking information (if available) via email. Orders shipped via DTDC (or EMS) can be tracked easily using ther tracking services of DTDC (or EMS). Please note that shipping information may take upto 12 hours to be updated on these websites.

Q: How can I pay for an order on the app?
A: To pay for an order, online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net-Banking etc., you will be redirected to the PayUMoney Payment Gateway.
Enter your card or bank details and your order will be confirmed.

Q: What if I want a product, of your supplier, that is not listed on your website/app?
A: In case you’d like to order a product, of one of our suppliers, that is not listed on our website or is out of stock- first make sure the product is still in production and available from the supplier by checking their website or by contacting us.
If it is available, contact us via phone or email with the details of your request, and mentioning the names and/or links of all the desired products from each supplier, and the required quantity. We will inform you about price and availability as soon as possible, with no extra charges.

Q: What if the supplier, of a product I like, is not listed on your website/app?
A: If you’d like to purchase a product from a supplier (international or domestic) that we do not currently have listed on our website, you can send an call or email with your contact details, mentioning details of the preferred quantity of the product along with the names and links of the products on the supplier’s website in the body of the email.
We will get back to you with the pricing details of all the products. You will also get upto 15% discount on the final listed price of those products, the next time you order them, after they become available on our store.
So tell us what you need, and you could get 15% OFF on your products!

Q: How can I get the discount for suggesting a supplier?
A: First, make sure you have an account on our website/app. If you find a supplier who offers products which we don't offer so far, then get in touch with us via call or email, and tell us the following details-
1. Your Full Name and the Email-id you used to create your account on our website. This is to make sure that you are indeed our customer.
2. Your Phone Number and Address. So we can inform you when your coupon is available.
3. Name of the supplier and the product you like (with a link of the supplier's website or any other contact details).
We will then get in touch with the supplier, and when a deal is finalized we will send you a coupon code, that you can use the next time you order that product on our store. The coupon code will allow you to get a discount on the price of the product you suggested. Other details about the discount percentage value and validity period (if any) of the coupon will be given to you via email/phone. It is suggested that you do not share the coupon code with anybody else, as it can only be used once.

Q: Can I place an order for bulk purchase?
A: For bulk purchases send a detailed email with your contact details to roborium@jmoon.co and we'll get back to you with a list of prices depending on the quantity that you need.

Q: I have an idea for a project, but can't figure out exactly which products will be used in it. Can you suggest the products?
A: Of course! Just ask us via call or email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How do you dispatch/ship the products?
A: Usually, DTDC and EMS delivers to customers in India, while EMS and DHL are used to ship products outside India.

Q: How are the products delivered to me?
A: All products are shipped with the help of a shipping service, and are in a safe packaging that ensures that the product is not damaged in any way during transit to the destination.

Q: How many days does it take to deliver the products?
A: Place your order and complete the payment process before 2PM IST. This helps us dispatch the items on the same day. Courier takes 1-2 days to deliver your order to you. These are ideal timings. There may be delay due to product unavailablity, order overload, and/or other factors. If you need a quick delivery, then do call our office phone number to check the possible delivery date before you place your order. Deliveries outside of India may take two weeks or more.

Q: What is the price of shipping of the components?
A: All orders are dispatched from New Delhi, India. The shipping charges depend on the distance to destination, and the weight of the package.
We have taken great care to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. You will find that it is actually cheaper to get an order shipped from us, than it is to visit local electronic markets and spend hours there trying to find the right shop, with the right product having the right price. Q: Do you take Cash on Delivery?
A: No. CoD facility is not yet available.
You may pay for your order by selecting one of the options listed during checkout (Debit Card, Net Banking etc). Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to read more about the payment options available.

Q: What kind of Technical Support is provided by RoboRium?
A: Technical Support is not available on phone. For technical support via Email, send an email, along with pictures (if possible), to roborium@jmoon.co with subject: "TechSupport - [product invoice number] - [product name]", with your name and phone number clearly mentioned in the email body. If the team at RoboRium is not equipped to handle the support, your query will be transferred directly to the supplier of the product. There is no 'Urgent Support' facility available, though we do try to answer your queries as soon as possible.

Q: What is the warranty policy on products of JMoon Technologies?
A: All our products carry warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for more details.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy? Will my credit card information be saved on RoboRium's server?
A: All transactions are extremely secure and none of your credit card information will be saved on our servers. To learn about our privacy policy in detail, read the Terms & Conditions.

Q: Are the products tested prior to delivery?
A: Yes. Our products are tested for 100% functionality.

Q: I want to give feedback about a product or service.
A: For feedback and comments about a service, please use this form. For feedback about a particular product, please leave reviews on that product’s page.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: Not at all. Because of the reasons our company was started and why this store was launched (refer to About Us) all products are priced very very reasonably; shipping costs are determined at a no-profit, no-loss rate, taking care to ensure we have the highest quality reliable service and the lowest shipping costs possible. Except for taxes you do not have to pay us any other extra costs on the products within India; import customs duty may be applied by other countries which must be paid by the customer.

Q: What if I want to return a product for a refund?
A: In case you want to return a product please read the Shipping & Returns for more details. Get in touch via email on roborium@jmoon.co to get store credit.

Q: What information should I know before placing orders?
A: Please read Terms & Conditions, and Shipping & Returns carefully before placing your orders.

Q: Where is your shop located?
A: We are not a traditional SHOP. Right now we sell products via the online order system. Our registered head office is located in New Delhi, India.

Q: What do I need to do before visiting your office?
A: We do not have a store-front for the online store. When you select the local pickup option for your products, we will send you an email to inform you when your order is ready for pickup, at what time you can reach us, and how to reach us to get your products. If there are changes in the appointed time, we will let you know in advance. You can also contact us by phone to find out the details for pick up.

Q: What if I have an idea about a product that I think will help other students/ hobbyists/ researchers /roboticists like me with their experiments and projects?
A: If you think that your idea is really going to solve a problem that many people involved in this field face, and we think it is a viable product, then we’d be more than happy to collaborate with you on the project and help with making the product available to a wider audience. Just send an email to roborium@jmoon.co with subject: "Idea for [your product]", with details and list of the features you think the product should have.

Q: I want to become one of your suppliers. How can I get in touch?
A: If you want your product(s) to reach people across India and abroad, and want us to sell them for your company through our online store, you can get in touch with us at roborium@jmoon.co.

Q: I want to organize a Robotics related event at my college fest, can you help?
A: Yes! We are happy to sponsor any Robotics related events happening in any college of any university. Just have the incharge of the fest or event send an email to roborium@jmoon.co with the subject: "Fest Event – [College/University Name]", with the details of what you need to get your robotics event started- money, hardware, space etc.

Q: I'm looking for a job in the Robotics sector. Are you hiring?

Q: I'm looking to do a 2-month/ 3-month/ 6-month internship at your company. How can I apply?
A: If you are looking for an internship with us, we suggest sending an email to office@jmoon.co with the subject: "Internship Requirement – [Your current degree] – [2/3/6 month internship]", with your detailed updated resume attached mentioning your skill set, focusing mainly on- programming languages and softwares you are comfortable with, robot platforms and projects you’ve previously worked on, operating systems you are comfortable with, and any other detail you think might help us choose you. If any of your projects are available online at a blog or website, please make sure the links to these projects are included in the resume or email.
